Atle Skaardal - NOR

Winner in 1990 and FIS Race director women
I have good remembrances only, certainly due to winning here. I think the course is very interesting because its difficulties are spaced from start to finish. The jumps, the steep "walls" at Sochers, icy and very fast, the never-ending jump over the Camel Humps and then the technical difficulties at Ciaslat. It is a downhill having a mix of everything. The fact that the Norwegian team feels very comfortable in the Gröden valley certainly contirbutes to its successes here. - 2004
