Stefania Demetz is the General Director/CEO of Saslong Classic Club. She defines the strategies, ensues the contractual  environment and coordinates the entire organisation.

Responsible for all finance and controlling functions, including budgeting and expense control.

He takes care of everything that has to do with the sports side of the organisation:  contacts suppliers, coordinates various sectors that work on the slope, etc.  He is also the Vice-President of the Saslong Classic Club Gardena-Gröden.

He is in charge of all the side events and cultural programs that take place during the World Cup races.

She is responsible for accommodation for all accredited persons.  She is also in charge of the race office and maintains relations with the teams.

He is responsible for dataprocessing, phone- and chomputer services.

Moritz Demetz
He looks after power supply and telecommunications on the slopes and works as liaison between OC and timing crew. He is responsible for dataprocessing, phone- and chomputer services. He is also the assistant in the race office.

He coordinate the traffic and access to the official parking areas for official vehicles and spectators.

She manages the various aspects of the press center and the accrediting of the media.

Coordinates all the requirements for the building of facilities and constructions.
