Kristian Ghedina won four times on the Saslong; in last year’s race he still managed fourth place. Today Ghedina finally said goodbye to the ski circus on his favourite piste. As forerunner and the joker from Cortina d’Ampezzo raced down the Saslong piste for the last time. In the finish area children from the Ski Club Val Gardena presented Ghedina with a wooden statue carved by the wood carving organization Gardena Art.
