Sulzenbacher: “Closer and closer to the podium”
Thirty-year-old Kurt Sulzenbacher with bib number 6 was the best Italian skier. “I’m not far off a podium position anymore; today I only missed by 3/10 of a second.
I didn’t ski very well in the upper section. I was too rigid, too tense. I only slowly managed to find the right rhythm. However, I feel it is going better with every race and today’s 12th place has given me another boost. The podium is not that far off anymore.”
