Zurbriggen lost his balance right after a powerful jump over the Camel Humps and fell. He stood up and skied for a few meters before noticing that he injured his knee. He descended by stretcher and was transferred by helicopter along with the Swiss team doctor to the hospital in nearby Bolzano-Bozen.
