Third team captain meeting
The thrid team captain meeting took place this afternoon in Selva-Wolkenstein and it was all about tomorrow’s bib draw for Saturday’s Downhill and the arrival of Jean-Daniel Dätwyler who was the first winner of a World Cup race on the Saslong course
The FIS respresentatives and technical officers were complimentary for the good job done by the local course preparatoin team. OC President Edmund Dellago also welcomed the first World Cup winner on the Saslong, Jean Daniel Dätwyler to the valley. It was also mentioned that the Gardena-Pass will probably reopen by Saturday to facilitate the transfer of the entire World Cup circuit to the nearby Alta-Badia valley where two races are scheduled for Sunday, 12/21 and Monday, 12/22.
