Miller: “I’d like to ski Ciaslat again”
“I did well and skied aggressively. I mastered all sections, except for Ciaslat which I’d like to ski again. This took some speed going into the final turn” says Bode Miller after his run.
Miller continues: “Exceptional gliders such as Michael Walchhofer and Erik Guay have a clear advantage. I have to make up for that in the turns. Walchhofer is practically unbeatable in some passages. Which is why you have to outski him in those sections where you have a chance at all.
Miller also talked about his damaged ankle: “My ankle is still hurting. It isn’t such an issue if the snow is as soft as here. But it is problematic on harder courses such as in Beaver Creek.”
