The pre-holiday season means buying gifts, lighting the candle, smelling freshly baked cookies and following the Ski World Cup in Val Gardena/Gröden. This year, the traditional Downhill and Super-G are taking place on December 18th and 19th (with starts at 12:15 pm). The...

advent atmosphere will be interrupted by two days of 80-yard-long flights over the Camel Humps and sensational physical acrobatics on the Ciaslat.

This year marks the 48th Saslong Classic which will be reported on by 300 media representatives, covered by almost 50 TV stations and watched by approximately 170 million viewers worldwide. As in the last 15 years, there will be a Downhill and a Super-G - races 78 and 79 in the history of the Saslong. A total of €220,000 in prize money is at stake. The course was built for the 1970 Ski

World Championships (exactly 45 years ago!) located at the foot of the Saslong mountain and has become an absolute classic event: Camel Humps and Ciaslat don’t just move our hearts but also - and predominantly - those of our athletes!
