ACL Tear for Sandro Viletta
Sandro Viletta from Switzerland crashed in today’s Super-G in the Ciaslat section tearing his ACL in the right knee. The season is unfortunately over for him.
The almost 31-year-ol combined 2014 Sochi Olympic champion entered the race with bib 46 and after the crash was air-lifted after initial treatment by doctor Lydia Rauch from the AiutAlpin emergency services to the hospital in Bressanone/Brixen.
