First Training Run on Wednesday
Everything is ready for the 48th Saslong Classic. The Saslong is hosting the world's best Downhill racers the first training run starting at 12:15 pm with no natural but plenty of exceptional artificial snow.Â
Good conditions are expected for tomorrow. The forecast is sunshine with a few clouds. Temperatures at the Start will be between -2° und 1° C, and at the Finish between -3° und 3° C.Â
Josef Ferstl (GER) will open the training run. Last year's winner Steven Nyman starts with bib 15, Aksel Lund Svindal, winner of the two Downhill opening races this season with bib 20 and local favorite Peter Fill with 22 and Dominic Paris with 11.Â
