After cleaning up workson the Saslong in summer the  preparation of the race course is going on since early October. The Super G is scheduled for December 16 and the downhill for the 17th.  Both races begin at 12:15 pm.  The type A security netting has already been installed (for a total of 5,000 meters) as well as the 87 snow-makers that are ready to be activated weather permitting. Due to the construction of a new bridge at the finish, spectators can easily reach the finish area skiing the B-slope during the race.
