Fan clubs will kick off the day with a get-together at 10:00 am at Hofer’s Alm Piz 5 with a typical snack featuring sausages and beer and an entertaining DJ. Festivities at the Saslong Finish stadium are set to begin at 11:00 am with a varied program of music and entertainment. The Super-G is scheduled for 12:15 pm. Sport enthusiasts will continue to celebrate at the Super-G party at Hofer’s Alm Piz 5. Après-ski and free pizza will be on offer at Hotel Maciaconi at 3:00 pm.

The other highlight of the day is set to begin at 5:45 pm in Nives square in Selva-Wolkenstein with the 40th anniversary of World Cup in Gardena-Gröden, the Super-G formal award ceremony, and images from the day’s events. Downhill athletes will be introduced, bib numbers handed out. For those who love to dance into the night, really one is spoilt for choice: Fischer Ski Party at Goalie’s Pub in Selva-Wolkenstein, a jazz-soul concert with Helga Plankensteiner’s band at 8:30 pm at Bar Fever in Ortisei-St.Ulrich and disco-night con DJ Alex Martini at 10:00 pm at Hofer’s Alm Piz 5 in St.Christina.
