Journalists’ Insider Tip: Walchhofer edges out the Downhill lead

None of the journalists surveyed by the www.saslong.org hit the jackpot for yesterday’s Super-G. Werner Heel wasn’t on anyone’s list of favorites. Nevertheless, we returned to survey our experienced media representatives ahead of today’s Downhill race.

Journalists put Bode Miller, Didier Cuche, Michael Walchhofer, Klaus Kröll and Erik Guay as the five potential winners on the Saslong. Michael Walchhofer was the one mentioned most often by several Austrian journalists.
