Thrilling and Prestigious Races on Saslong
World Cup Gardena-Gröden is holding two high profile speed races on December 14th and 15th, 2012. A Super-G and a Downhill are on the program for the fast and spectacular Saslong course.
Both races are scheduled to start at 12:15 pm. Training runs are taking place on Wednesday and Thursday. The first Team Captain’s Meeting is on Tuesday at 8:00 pm. Prize money for both races amounts to a total of €166,000.
Over 44 years, a total of 72 international men’s and women’s races have been organized by World Cup Gardena-Gröden. 300 media representatives are expected in Gardena-Gröden. 40 TV stations will broadcast both races to millions of viewers worldwide.
