Closed slopes
Some ski courses will have limited accessibility to the public during the FIS World Cup races in Val Gardena/Gröden December 15th through 24th. Here is an overview:Â
Race course Saslong will be closed from 4:00 pm on December 15th to 8:30 am on December 24th.
Saslong B course will be open to the public. However, skiers will require a valid ticket to the race on Friday, December 20th and Saturday, December 21st as the course runs alongside the racing area.
Courses 3 and 4 Ciampinoi are expected to be closed from 8:00 am on December 16th to 1:00 pm* on December 21st.
Course 5 Ciampinoi will be open during the entire period (no race ticket required).
Gardena Ronda Express: Riders of the Gardena Ronda Express will require a valid ticket to the race on Friday, December 20th and Saturday, December 21st up to 2:00 pm.
There are two alternative bus services The first alternative bus service will run and take skiers from Col Raiser to the Ciampinoi Lift station in Selva/Wolkenstein every 30 minutes starting at 9.00 a.m. until 2.00 p.m. and is free of charge! The second alternative bus service will run and take skiers from the square in front of "Maciaconi" to the Col Raiser Lift station every 30 minutes.
