FIS pleased - Second Training Tomorrow
Today’s team captains’ meeting was short and painless. FIS expressed praise for the organizers and confirmed that the green color addition did its job. Hannes Reichelt will kick off tomorrow’s training run again.
FIS Chief Race Director Markus Waldner was pleased with the first day of training in Val Gardena/Gröden and declared the premiere of the green color a success. As reported, the leading blue lines were paired with green ones (see: Premiere in Val Gardena/Gröden: Two Colors will lead Racers). In addition, the organizers were asked to flatten a few smaller bumps to allow for a safe and spectacular race.
Tomorrows’ training will be opened again by Hannes Reichelt from Austria. Start is at 12:15 pm. Weather forecast promises cloudless skies with slightly lower temperatures.
