Chaotic training

The second training for the World Cup in Val Gardena/ Gröden has been characterised by irregular weather conditions. The start had to be moved down by 120 m and the camel hunches could not be jumped over, both due to the strong wind. For this reason the skiers were stopped and could continue after a short break.

Only the first 15 skiers were timed. With 2.07,50 Kurt Sulzenbacher from San Candido/ Innichen ITA achieved the best time, followed by Kjetil-Andre Aamodt from Norway (+1,61) and the first at Wednesday’s training Kristian Ghedina (Italy/+3,65).
