Kristian Ghedina trains on the Saslong

The Italian downhill team is going to train on the „Saslong“ in Gröden on Sunday and Monday.  The course is already ready for the race from the Sochers walls down to the finish. In the upper part there are still some works to be finished. Kristian Ghedina has already won this classical downhill three times. On 14th and 15th December this nice guy from Cortina will try to beat Franz Klammer’s record winning twice. The Italian downhill team wants to use the hill to get into the right mode for the World Cup races at Val D´Isere. Right after Monday’s training they will leave to France.  Last year Val D´Isere saw a triple win for the Italians with Alessandro Fattori, Kristian Ghedina and Roland Fischnaller.
