At the Club 5 Annual General Assembly in Styria in May 2000, a proposal was made to ask the Triple Oscar Winner Giorgio Moroder, a friend of former Club 5 Director Edmund Dellago, to compose a special Club 5 Fanfare to be aired every time an Club 5 event would take place. Giorgio Moroder immediately accepted this proposal and effective immediately the new fanfare is played every time the home pages of CLUB 5 (www.club5.com), Gardena-Gröden Saslong Classic and other Club 5 members are being opened.
It is also the intention of Club 5 to have it aired on TV prior to the beginning of the Club 5 races.
