Congratulations from the SCC/I.Kostner wins Downhill World Cup Trophy
She was able to keep her strong nerves until the end of the season, winning the Downhill World Cup for the second time, in addition to the Olympic Silver Medal in Salt Lake City.
The tenth position at the Lenzerheid World Cup Downhill was sufficient for her to make sure the precious trophy would be hers. Her strongest adversary Renate Götschl unfortunately had a bad accident. The Saslong Classic Club congratules Isolde Kostner for her achievement and wishes Renate Götschl all the best and a prompt recovery.
