Eric Guay, who received number one for the first timed practice run, fell right at the beginning of the second wall which leads up to the Camel Humps. According to the first medical observation, Guay is complaining of serious pain inhis left knee. The training session was interrupted for 20 minutes to smooth out the angle at the second wall. The athlete was flown by helicopter to hospital in Bressanone which is located 35 kms from Val Gardena.
